宁夏防汛抗旱物资储备工作现状及存在问题分析

Current situation and problems of material reserve for flood control and drought relief in Ningxia

物资储备工作在防汛抗旱救灾中发挥着重要作用,分析了宁夏回族自治区防汛抗旱物资储备工作中存在的问题,并提出完善物资四级储备体系、加强物资的补充储备、提升物资管理水平、优化物资仓储布局、强化物资经费保障、落实监督检查等工作建议,为进一步做好防汛抗旱物资储备管理工作提供了基础依据。

Material reserve plays a key role in both flood control and drought relief. With analysis of existed problems and challenges faced by Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in material preparation for disaster elimination,recommendations including improving material reserve system, material supporting reserve, material management,material storage distribution, funds guarantee and supervision are raised in order to lay a solid foundation for managing material reserve in actions of flood control and drought relief.
