以活水周流理念促进江苏农村水利发展的探讨

Applying an idea of flowing water surrounding for promoting rural water development in Jiangsu Province

农村水利发展是保障粮食安全、饮水安全、生态安全,实现农村经济健康稳定发展的根本。针对目前江苏农村水利发展面临的问题,采用活水周流的理念,结合江苏平原区、圩区、丘陵山区农村水利发展特点,提出分区治理模式和措施。

Rural water development is fundamental for ensuring security of food, drinking water and ecology as well as healthy and sustainable development of rural economy. Regarding current issues with water development in rural areas of Jiangsu Province, the idea of flowing water surrounding can be adopted with consideration of special features of water development in plain, polder and hilly areas of Jiangsu Province. Finally different models and measures are proposed for these areas.
