Analysis and designing of water resources monitoring system for Beijing Municipality

针对北京市水资源监控管理信息采集管理分散、系统建设有待整合完善的现状,对水资源监控系统需求进行了分析,提出在已有水资源相关信息化系统基础上,通过补充开发相关系统与程序、优化网络结构、整合业务数据集成等方式,进行北京市水资源监控系统的设计和完善,为实现信息化、定量化、科学化的水资源管理提供技术支撑。

Concerning current situation of decentralized management of collected data for water resources monitoring and management and necessity of integration, demand analysis has been conducted. Suggestions are made to develop complementary systems and procedures, optimize network structures and business data integration based on the existed information system, in order to design and perfect the monitoring system of Beijing Municipality, and provide technical support for establishment of information-based, quantitative and scientific water resources management system.
