水下电机损耗加载方式及温度场耦合分析 被引量:12

摘要 温度场研究对水下电机稳定运行至关重要。本文考虑旋转磁场和谐波磁场的影响,分析定子不同区域铁耗密度分布规律,考虑绕组和导条的电阻、润滑油黏度与电机温度的关系,分析铜耗和油摩损耗的变化规律,由此采用一种铁耗空间分布加载与油摩损耗和铜耗变量加载的方式对水下电机温度场计算模型进行耦合分析,得出的电机温度结果明显小于采用损耗均布加载方式所得结果,最高温度下降70.4%,设计正交试验得出各因素影响温度场的重要性次序,通过水池试验验证此加载方式对水下电机温度场研究的合理性。 The research of temperature field is critical to the stable operation of underwater motor. Taking into account the influence of rotating magnetic field and harmonic magnetic field, the distribution law of iron loss density in different regions of the stator was analyzed. The distribution of copper loss and oil friction loss was analyzed, through considering the relationships among the winding and guide bar resistance, lubricating oil viscosity and motor temperature. Then a novel method was proposed to conduct a coupling analysis on the temperature field of underwater motor. The method considers two loading conditions in terms of spatial distribution of iron loss and time-varying loading of oil friction loss and copper loss. Comparing with the results of uniformly distributed losses, the motor temperature is significantly reduced by using the new method, and the maximum temperature is decreased by 70.4%. Besides, the influential order of factors was identified through orthogonal test. The rationality of this loss loading method for the research of underwater motor temperature field is verified by water tank experiment.
