摘要
为解决氟钛酸钾生产成本高的问题,以含氟废液、氯化钾、钛铁矿为原料,开发了一种清洁生产氟钛酸钾新工艺。通过对钛铁矿浸取、氟钛酸钾合成过程进行条件试验,得出最佳工艺参数:钛铁矿浸取过程,含氟废液过量10%,常温加料,加料时间为60 min,加料结束后反应30 min;氟钛酸钾合成过程,氯化钾过量15%,常温加料,加料时间为60 min,加料结束后反应30 min。制得氟钛酸钾产品质量高于GB/T 22668—2008《氟钛酸钾》指标要求。
In order to solve the problem of high production cost of potassium fluorotitanate,a new cleaner production process was developed with fluorine-containing waste liquid,potassium chloride and ilmenite as raw materials.Through condition tests for the leaching of ilmenite and the synthesis of potassium fluotitanate,the optimum technological parameters were obtained.In the process of ilmenite leaching,the fluorine-containing waste liquid was in excess of 10%,the materials were added at room temperature,the adding time was 60 min,and the reaction continued for 30 min after the end of the addition.In the synthesis process of potassium fluorotitanate,the potassium chloride was in excess of 15%,the materials was added at room temperature,the adding time was 60 min,and the reaction continued for 30 min after the end of the addition.The obtained potassium fluorotitanate′s quality was higher than the index requirements of the standard of Potassium Fluorotitanate,GB/T 22668—2008.
