辽朝国家养老制度初探

An analysis of the national old-age guarantee system of Liao Dynasty

辽初契丹统治者效仿中原制度,将以尊老重老为主要内容的养老礼引入契丹社会。其后随着国家制度的不断完善,辽朝在吸收、借鉴唐宋制度的同时,结合自身政权特色,逐渐形成了以优享荣养高年官员为中心的中央养老与以版授高年为主的基层养老相结合的国家养老制度。并且在制度运行的过程中,通过自上而下的号召,在一定程度上促进了契丹传统社会风尚的转变。

The Khitan rulers of early Liao dynasty followed the system of the central China and brought the etiquette of old-age guarantee which meant to respect the old aged into Khitan society.As the national system completed,Liao dynasty had established their own national old-age guarantee system by following the system of Tang and Song Dynasty as well as combining Khitan’s national characteristics.This system was combined by the central and the basic level old-age guarantee of giving special treatments to old officers and old common people.In the operation of the system,the traditional social fashion of Khitan had been changed by some degree because of the government call.
