戚家军战力发展研究——从浙江到蓟镇

Research on the combat capability development of the Qi Army——From Zhejiang to the town of Ji

戚继光创建的戚家军在明朝抗倭过程中独放异彩,先是转战东南各省无一败绩,与其他友军一起平定了肆虐百年之久的倭寇之患。尔后戚继光又到蓟镇训练军队,守护北京数十年不受侵犯。在这个过程中随着环境和作战对象的改变,戚家军的作战模式也随之改变,战斗力快速提升。但戚家军并非完美无缺,其也有众多局限。文章从戚家军战力发展过程着手,通过对其局限性分析以期更深入、更全面地了解这支军队。

The Qi Army which was created by Qi Jiguang extraordinarily shined in the Ming Dynasty in the process of Anti Japanese pirates.With other friendly forces they fought in the southeastern provinces without a defeat and put down the disaster of Japanese pirates which had raged for a hundred years.Then Qi Jiguang went to the town of Ji to train the army,which defended Beijing without invasion for decades.In this process,with the change of environment and the object of war,Qi Army’s combat mode also changed and its combat effectiveness had been rapidly improving.But the Qi Army’s combat capability is not perfect.This article bases on the development of Qi Army’s combat capability which expects to get deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the army through the analysis of limitations.
