HPLC法测定三藤胶囊中雷公藤酯甲的含量

HPLC determination of Wilforlide A in Santeng capsule

目的建立三藤胶囊中雷公藤酯甲含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Phenomenex Hyper Clore BDSC18分析柱,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30℃,以水-乙腈为流动相,1.0 m L·min^(-1)的流速,梯度冼脱,测定三藤胶囊中雷公藤酯甲的含量。结果雷公藤酯甲在0.68~6.8μg内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=5),平均回收率为98.17%,RSD=1.31%(n=9),检测限为每粒胶囊含雷公藤酯甲不低于0.046 mg。结论该方法简便准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可以作为三藤胶囊的质量控制方法。

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Wilforlide A in Santeng capsule. METHODS The HPLC method was used with Phenomenex Hyper Clore BDS-C18 column ,with detection wavelength of 210 nm and water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL - min^-1. The column temperature was kept at 30℃. RESULTS Wilforlide A presented a linear range in 0.68 - 6.8 μg ,with correlation coefficient （r） as 0. 999 9. The average recoveries were 98.17% （RSD = 1.31% ） （n =9）. The limit of detection was 0. 046 mg. CONCLUSION This method is simple, accurate and sensitive, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
