摘要
目的:探讨缬沙坦分散片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压病的疗效。方法:选取2016年6月—2017年6月中国人民武装警察部队学院医院收治的原发性高血压病患者90例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组患者给予缬沙坦分散片,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用硝苯地平控释片。观察两组患者的临床疗效、血压变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%(42/45),明显高于对照组的77.78%(35/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的收缩压和舒张压均较治疗前明显改善,且观察组患者明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.44%(2/45),明显低于对照组的17.78%(8/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦分散片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压病的疗效显著,可明显改善患者血压,且安全性较高。
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Valsartan dispersible tablets combined with Nifedipine controlled released tablets in treatment of primary hypertension. METHODS: 90 patients with primary hypertension admitted into Hospital of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force Academy from Jun. 2016 to Jun. 2017 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 45 cases in each.The control group was given Valsartan dispersible tablets,while the observation group additionally received Nifedipine controlled released tablets based on the control group. The clinical efficacy,blood pressure changes and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 33%( 42/45),significantly higher than that of control group [77. 78%( 35/45) ],with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). After treatment,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure had been significantly improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). The incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was 4. 44%( 2/45),significantly lower than that of control group [17. 78%( 8/45) ],with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Valsartan dispersible tablets combined with Nifedipine controlled released tablets in treatment of primary hypertension is remarkable,which can significantly improve patients' blood pressure with higher safety.
