2014—2016年河南省7家三级甲等医院抗菌药物应用分析

Analysis on Application of Antibiotics in 7 Grade Ⅲ Class A Hospitals in Henan During 2014-2016

目的:了解河南省三级甲等医院抗菌药物使用情况,为合理使用抗菌药物及科学管理提供参考。方法:对2014—2016年河南省7家三级甲等医院门、急诊患者抗菌药物使用率,住院患者抗菌药物使用率,抗菌药物使用强度及接受抗菌药物治疗的住院患者微生物检验样本送检率等数据进行统计分析。结果:2014—2016年,河南省7家三级甲等医院门诊患者抗菌药物使用率由2014年的15.51%降至2016年的13.00%;急诊患者抗菌药物使用率由2014年的31.58%降至2016年的25.78%;住院患者抗菌药物使用率分别为55.85%、53.49%和54.28%;住院患者抗菌药物使用强度分别为34.87、34.84和35.85 DDDs/(100人·d);接受抗菌药物治疗的住院患者微生物检验样本总送检率分别为37.99%、39.29%和38.67%。结论:河南省三级甲等医院抗菌药物使用情况基本符合国家卫生计生委的要求,应继续采取有效措施巩固专项整治成果,逐步建立、完善抗菌药物临床应用管理长效工作机制,促进抗菌药物的合理应用,提高医疗机构的管理水平。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application of antibiotics in grade Ⅲ class A hospitals in Henan,so as to provide references for rational application of antibiotics and scientific management. METHODS： Data of usage rates of antibiotics in outpatient and emergency departments,usage rate of antibiotics in inpatients,use intensity and the inspection rates of bacteriological examination samples of inpatients that receiving antibiotics treatment in 7 grade Ⅲ class A hospitals in Henan during 2014-2016 were collected and analyzed. RESULTS： During 2014-2016,the usage rate of antibiotics in outpatients in 7 grade Ⅲ class A hospitals in Henan had been decreased from 15. 51% in 2014 to 13. 00% in 2016; the usage rate of antibiotics in emergency department had been decreased from 31. 58% in 2014 to 25. 78% in 2016; the usage rates of antibiotics in inpatients were respectively 55. 85%,53. 49% and 54. 28%; the use intensities of antibiotics in inpatients were respectively 34. 87,34. 84 and 35. 85 DDDs/（ 100 people ·d）; the total inspection rates of bacteriological examination samples of inpatients that receiving antibiotics treatment were respectively 37. 99%,39. 29%,38. 67%. CONCLUSIONS： The application of antibiotics in grade Ⅲ class A hospitals in Henan has basically met the criteria of National Health and Family Planning Community,effective measures needed to be adopted to continuously consolidate the results of specialized renovation,long-term management on the clinical application of antibiotics should be steadily built and completed to promote the rational application of antibiotics and improve the management of medical institutions.
