参麦注射液联合常规治疗用于冠心病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Shenmai Injection Combined with Conventional Treatment for Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨参麦注射液联合常规治疗用于冠心病的疗效。方法:选取2016年2月—2017年1月茂名市中医院收治的冠心病患者120例,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液。观察两组患者的临床疗效、心功能及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%(58/60),明显高于对照组的80.00%(48/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者左心室射血分数、左心室舒张末期内径明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.00%(3/60),明显低于对照组的16.67%(10/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液联合常规治疗用于冠心病的疗效显著,可有效控制患者病情,改善临床症状。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with conventional treatment for coronary heart disease. METHODS： 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted into Maoming Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from Feb. 2016 to Jan. 2017 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 60 cases in each. The control group was given coronary heart disease,while the observation group additionally received Shenmai injection based on the control group. The clinical efficacy,cardiac function and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 96. 67%（ 58/60）,significantly higher than that of control group [80. 00%（ 48/60） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the LVEF,LVDD of observation group were significantly better than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 5. 00%（ 3/60）,significantly lower than that of control group[16. 67%（ 10/60） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with conventional treatment for coronary heart disease is remarkable,which can effectively control the disease of patients and improve the clinical symptoms.
