2015年1月-2017年6月复旦大学附属金山医院住院患者神经营养类辅助用药应用分析

Analysis on Application of Adjuvant Neurotrophic Drugs on Inpatients in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from Jan. 2015 to Jun. 2017

目的:了解复旦大学附属金山医院(以下简称"我院")神经营养类辅助用药使用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:收集我院2015年1月—2017年6月住院患者神经营养类辅助用药的使用数据,对使用量、销售金额、用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、销售金额排序与DDDs排序之比(B/A)及药占比进行统计分析,评价用药合理性。结果:2015年1月—2017年6月,我院住院患者神经营养类辅助用药中DDDs排序居首位的药品为硫辛酸注射液,其次为前列地尔注射液、奥拉西坦胶囊及依达拉奉注射液等;依达拉奉注射液和注射用鼠神经生长因子各季度的B/A均<1;神经内科、神经外科神经营养类辅助用药的使用量较大;神经内科、内分泌内科、神经外科、眼科及肿瘤科神经营养类辅助用药的使用率较高;神经内科、内分泌内科、眼科及中医内科神经营养类辅助用药的药占比较大,但随着2017年初我院加大对各类辅助用药的管控力度,2017年1—6月我院神经营养类辅助用药的药占比显著降低。结论:我院神经营养类辅助用药的使用存在不合理现象。加强监管,提升临床药学服务内涵,有助于提高该类药物的合理应用水平。

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the application of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs on inpatients in Jinshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）,and provide references for clinical rational medication. METHODS： Data of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs on inpatients in our hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jun. 2017 were collected and analyzed in terms of usage amount,consumption sum,defined daily dose system（ DDDs）,ratio of sequence of consumption sum and sequence of DDDs（ B/A）,medicine proportion,so as to evaluate the rationality of drug application. RESULTS： During Jan. 2015-Jun. 2017,the adjuvant neurotrophic drugs applied on inpatients in our hospital ranked the first in DDDs was lipoic acid injection,secondly were alprostadil injection,Oxiracetam capsule and edaravone injection,etc; all the B/A of edaravone injection and mouse nerve growth factor for injection at different quarters were 〈1; departments of neurology and neurosurgery had larger usage amounts of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs; departments of neurology,endocrinology,neurosurgery,ophthalmology and oncology had higher usage rates of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs; departments of neurology,endocrinology,ophthalmology,internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine had higher medicine proportions of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs; along with the reinforcement of management and control of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs in our hospital in 2017,the medicine proportions of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs in our hospital from Jan. 2017 to Jun. 2017 had been significantly decreased.CONCLUSIONS： Irrational application of adjuvant neurotrophic drugs in our hospital needs further supervision to promote clinical pharmaceutical service,which is helpful to improve its rational application.
