摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症,严重威胁人类健康,不尽快诊断和治疗易进展至终末期肾脏病并需要接受肾脏替代治疗。本文参考近几年国内外相关文献,综述糖尿病肾病的诊断及其治疗。
Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most common complications of diabetes, which is a serious chronic disease to threaten human life and health. If without good treatment it may develop to the end stage renal disease（ESRD）and require renal replacement therapy. Based on domestic and foreign literature in recent years, this review describes the diabetic nephropathy diagnosis and its treatment.
