摘要
随着儿童重症医学的发展,重症患儿的抢救成功率越来越高,插管后所致的儿童获得性声门下狭窄的发生率也逐年增多。声门下狭窄与多种因素有关,研究表明咽喉反流与声门下狭窄密切相关。儿童咽喉反流由于症状多样及不典型性,误诊、漏诊率较高。本文就相关研究进展做一概述。
With the development of pediatric critical care, rescuing critical children has been got great success. The acquired subglottic stenosis in children following intubation has been found more and more. The cause of pathology is complicated. Recent research has showed laryngopharyngeal reflux is related closely with acquired subglottic stenosis. The misdiagnosis rate was high because of the properties of the pediatric laryngopharyngeal reflux. The following summary is about research progress on pediatric acquired subglottic stenosis and laryngopharyngeal reflux.
