面神经斜跨外半规管表面1例

Facial nerve obliquely across the external semicircular canal: a case report

摘要 本文报道1例面神经解剖畸形病例,此病在正常人中发生率很低,主要分为面神经骨管缺如、神经分叉或走行异常。术中发现本例患者的面神经斜跨在外半规管的表面,为避免医源性损伤,除应用面神经监测仪外,更需要术者具备扎实的解剖知识和丰富的临床经验。 This article reports a case of anatomical facial nerve, which is rarely seen in the common clin- ical practice, the anomalies included the absence of facial nerve bone tube, nerve branch and walking abnormality. In the operation we found that facial nerve obliquely across the external semicircular canal, to avoid iatrogenic injuries, we should use the facial nerve monitoring and possess abundant knowledge of anatomy and rich clinical experience.
