喉部巨大神经鞘瘤1例

A case report for huge laryngeal neurinoma excised via laser-assisted laryngeal microsurgery

总结报道1例临床上较罕见的喉部巨大神经鞘瘤的临床特点及诊治经验。病例为青年女性,病史较长,已经出现较明显的颈部压迫体征及临床症状。检查见肿瘤位于右侧杓会厌襞并遮盖喉口,声门及右侧梨状窝不能暴,颈部强化CT见右侧喉咽旁软组织密度影,大小约5.0 cm×3.1 cm×2.8 cm,考虑良性实性占位。选择支撑喉镜下激光完整切除肿瘤,喉咽功能恢复好,术后病理为喉神经鞘瘤。结合本病例可以总结喉神经鞘瘤诊断及手术经验。

To summarize the clinical characteristics and treatment of acase of rare laryngeal huge schwan- noma. The neck of the young women have been more obvious oppression signs and symptoms with long clinical history. The tumors located in the right aryepiglottic fold and covered the throat and the glottis and right piriform fossa cannot be exposed, The neck CT intensified showed tumor-like lesions of throat, the size about 5.0cm×3.1cm×2.8cm. The patient was performed the laser-assisted laryngeal microsurgery for laryngeal tumors. The tumor was proved to be schwannomas by pathological test. We summarized the diagnosis and surgical treatment of laryngeal huge schwannoma.
