Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe on the sidelines of the 25th Asia-Pacific Economic Coopera- tion （APEC） Economic Leaders＇ Meet- ing, which was held on Nov. 11th, 2017 in Vietnam. Xi pointed out that ＂this year marks the 45th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, and next year will mark the 40th anniversary of the signing of the China-Japan Treaty of Peace and Friendship.
