2017年，适逢年初新婚，太太和我的欧洲蜜月游就定在了国庆期间。同年9月中旬，又得知自己通过了WSETDiploma最后一个单元的考试。就这样带着双重喜悦，我们来到了旅途的第一站，法国盛产最优秀白葡萄酒的产区之一——阿尔萨斯（Alsace）。
Alsace is a very historic wine producing area, as a battleground between France and Germany in the two World Wars, the vineyards here have been destroyed many times by the war. Because the wine produced here is mainly used to supply the low-end market with large production, in the past, the Alsace market reputation is not optimistic. Fortunately, now the region determined to innovate the viticulture, make higher quality white wine. Alsace finally gained a reputation as a French white wine town.
