The development and application of intentionality theory as well as the questioning of the existence of aesthetic object and the universality of aesthetic experience are the theoretical foundations and demands of Dufrenne＇s exploration into the form of the aesthetic object. The form of the aesthetic object refers to the dynamic presentation of an artwork＇s form in the process of a specific aesthetic experience, which is the product of aesthetic intentional activities. Integrity, generation and representation are the characteristics of the dynamic form of the aesthetic object.
