摘要
石油资源作为一种重要的能源和战略物资,对一个国家的经济发展和国家安全起着非常重要的作用。但由于石油测井领域工作环境的复杂程度、小批量生产等因素,以及试验、测量和评价方面的困难,还没有系统的形成可靠性体系。随钻测井技术作为目前常见的几种石油测井技术之一,由于其提供的信息具有实时性,能够快速地进行地层评价和地质导向,在国内广泛应用。本文通过对随钻测井仪器可靠性现状的调研分析,结合用户需求、市场竞争、相似产品可靠性水平等六大方面,提出了研制阶段的随钻测井仪器可靠性指标论证方法,并利用典型随钻测井仪器进行了案例应用,结果表明该方法可有效的帮助企业针对新研随钻测井仪器在方案论证、研制阶段建立可靠性指标,可作为研发部门可靠性责任要求的主要依据。
Oil resource, as an important source of energy and strategic commodities, plays an important role in the development of national economy and security. However, due to the complicated work environment, small batch production as well as the difficulty in test, measurement and evaluation, there hasn't been a reliability system of logging while drilling (LWD) instrument. As one of the common well logging techniques, the LWD technique is widely used, which can provide real-time information as well as geology and formation evaluation. In this paper, the present status of the reliability on LWD was analyzed. A demonstration method of LWD equipment on reliability index was proposed by the comprehensive analysis of user requirements, market competitions and the reliability level of similar products. In the end, a application case by using the proposed method was also discussed. The results show that the proposed method is useful for the enterprises in the plan demonstration and establishment of reliability index, and reliability responsibility requirements of research and development department according to it.
