Discussion on Big Effect of Production Line Equipment Reliability on Manufacture Crafts

本文从可靠性的角度出发,就汽车涂装生产线的阴极电泳成套设备进行分析,详细阐述了生产线涉及设计、制造、安装、调试、验收、使用、维护等可靠性全寿命周期过程;阐述了提高设备的可靠性、形成一套行之有效的设备可靠性管理对于提高产品质量、降低成本、增强企业的竞争力至关重要。

Considering the reliability aspect, this paper had a discussion on cathodic electrophoresis complete equipment of automobile paint production line, analyzed the production line which involves the processes of design, manufacture, installation, test, acceptance check, usage and maintenance in detail, then it proposed that improving the reliability of equipment and making an effective method of reliability management will have a big effect on enhancing the quality of products, cutting cost and improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
