摘要 氢作为一种清洁能源,在汽车领域有较好的应用前景。本文系统介绍了固态储氢汽车引擎除碳仪的几个关键技术的研制方法,包括工艺流程、系统组成、结构框架、流量控制、节能设计和电气控制系统。本设备很大程度上优化了传统汽车除碳方法的不足,除碳效果较佳;此外,作为固态储氢能源设备,在仪器仪表、电子工业、石油化工、科研教学和空间站等领域可以有广泛的应用。 As a kind of clean energy, hydrogen has good future prospect in automobile industry. This paper systematically introduces the design method of the carbon deposit removal machine for car engine, including the technological process, component structure, flow control, energy-saving design and electrical control system. This equipment can largely change the traditional method of carbon removal for car engine, and it has better effect on carbon removal. It has been widely used in instruments and meters, electronic industry, oil, chemical industry, scientific research, the space station, and other fields.
