摘要
介绍了冷轧深冲搪瓷钢的成分特点及工艺要求,分析了钢板的组织结构、析出相及氢在钢中扩散系数和穿透时间。试制结果表明:以超低碳为基础,添加适量的合金元素,采用合适的工艺制度生产的冷轧深冲搪瓷钢DC03EK钢带既具有优良的深冲性能,又具有良好的抗鳞爆性能。
The composition characteristics and process requirements of cold-rolled deep-drawing enamelled steel were introduced. The microstructure, precipitated phase of steel sheet and the diffusion coefficient and penetration time of hydrogen in steel were analyzed. The results showed that: based on ultra low carbon, DC03EK cold-rolled deep-drawing enamelled steel which was manufactured by adding an appropriate amount of alloying elements and adopting the appropriate process system has excellent formability and good scaling resistance properties.
