在对EVS技术原理和网络部署应用特点进行必要介绍的基础上,结合理论和试验结果分析引入EVS功能对Vo LTE网络覆盖性能的影响,并通过链路预算评估给出EVS的无线覆盖能力。

In this paper, the principle of EVS technology and the characteristics of network deployment were introduced firstly. Then, the EVS HD Voice Codec influence on VoLTE coverage perfomaance was analyzed according to theory and test results. Finally, the wireless coverage capability of EVS was given through link budget evaluation.
