乌溪江梯级水电站水库调度自动化系统研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 由于久未维护更新、升级成本高昂等原因,乌溪江梯级水电站原有水情测报系统已渐渐不能够满足水电站的需求,故需要开发新的水库调度系统。针对新一代乌溪江梯级水电站水库调度自动化系统,基于电站的需求,提出了水务、预报、调度和指标评价业务一体化的系统构建方法。系统为基于Web服务开发的三层B/S结构,分六大模块,各模块可单独运用,且各模块间的信息可以稳定、自由地交互和共享。系统具备流程一体化、信息共享、自动化运行及人机交互的特点,对系统应用实践中的洪水预报、优化调度、调度方案试算、实时跟踪评价等代表性功能进行了详细阐述,并将上述特点实例化,体现了系统功能的完善性。系统页面设计直观简洁,业务层功能完善且具有良好的业务拓展能力,能够满足乌溪江水电厂日常调度运营的需求。 Because of lack of maintenance and update for a long term and high cost for the update,etc.,the original hydrological information measuring and reporting system for Wuxijiang River cascade hydropower stations cannot meet the demands from the hydropower stations gradually,and then a new reservoir dispatching system is necessary to be developed. For the new generation of the automatic dispatching system for the reservoirs of Wuxijiang River cascade hydropower stations,a method for building up the system that integrates water management,hydrological forecasting,dispatching and index evaluating is put forward herein in accordance with analysis made on the demands from the hydropower stations. On the basis of the Web service-based three-tier B/S structure,the system is divided into six modules and each module can operate alone,while the information can be stably and freely exchanged and shared among all the modules. The system has the characteristics of process integration,information sharing,automatic operation and human-computer interaction. The representative functions of the system,i. e. flood forecasting,optimal dispatching,tentative calculation of operation scheme,real-time tracking evaluation,etc.,in the application practice are described herein,while the characteristics mentioned above are instantiated,thus the perfection of the system is embodied. The system interfaced esign is intuitive and simple and the functions of the business layer are perfect with better expandable abilities,and then can meet the demands from the daily operation of Wuxijiang River Hydroelectric Power Plant.
