CD105、D2-40在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义

Expressions and clinical significance of CD105 and D2-40 in gastric carcinoma tissues

目的探讨CD105、D2-40在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集29份正常胃组织、43份不典型增生胃组织和48份胃癌组织标本,应用免疫组织化学方法检测各组织标本中CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD)值和D2-40标记淋巴管密度(LVD)值,分析CD105、D2-40表达量与癌组织病理特征的关系。结果正常胃组织、不典型增生组织及胃癌组织中CD105标记的MVD值及D2-40标记的LVD值依次增多(P<0.05);CD105在有淋巴结转移和浸润深度深的胃癌组织中表达量高于无淋巴结转移和浸润深度浅的组织,D2-40在有淋巴结转移、分化程度高及浸润深度深的胃癌组织中表达量高于无淋巴结转移、分化程度低及浸润深度浅的组织(P<0.05)。结论 CD105、D2-40在胃癌组织中的表达量可能与胃癌组织淋巴结转移情况和浸润深度均有关,其中D2-40表达量可能还与癌组织的分化程度相关,其检测对胃癌患者的病理分级及预后判断有一定的指导作用。

Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of CD105 and D2-40 in gastric carcinoma tissues.Methods Twenty-nine cases of normal gastric tissues,43 cases of gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia and 48 cases of gastric carcinoma tissues were collected,immunohistochemistry was used to detect the microvessel density（ MVD） marked by CD105 and the lymphatic vessel density（ LVD） marked by D2-40 in each specimen,and the correlation of the expression of CD105 or D2-40 with the histopathological features of gastric carcinoma tissues was analyzed. Results CD105-marked MVD and D2-40-marked LVD increased in the order of normal gastric tissues,gastric mucosal atypical hyperplasia tissues and gastric carcinoma tissues（ P 0. 05）; the expression of CD105 in gastric carcinoma tissues with lymphatic metastasis and severe invasion was significantly higher than that without lymphatic metastasis and with mild invasion,and the expression of D2-40 in gastric carcinoma tissues with lymphatic metastasis,well-differentiation and severe invasion was significantly higher than that in without lymphatic metastasis and with poor-differentiation and mild invasion（ P 0. 05）.Conclusion The expressions of CD105 and D2-40 might correlate with lymphatic metastasis and invasion depth in gastric carcinoma tissues,and the expression of D2-40 might also correlate with tumor tissue differentiation,and the detection of CD105 and D2-40 might play a guidance role in the pathological staging and prognosis judgment for patients with gastric carcinoma.
