定制家居产业链协同发展的思考

Development of the Customized Home Furnishing Industry Chain

总结我国家具产业和定制家具发展现状,分析家居产业链的基本情况,构建家居产业链框架模型,并讨论定制家具对产业链格局、销售和服务、企业核心竞争力的影响。提出家居产业链协同发展的互联网思维和"多翼齐飞"理念,分别以定制工厂、板材厂或设备厂为核心,搭建产业链协同发展平台的架构,提出数字化转型和协同发展分步走的战略,为定制化时代定制家居产业链协同发展提供新思路。

The authors summarized the development of the furniture and customized home furnishings industry in China. The situation of the industry chain was analyzed and a framework model was established. The impacts of customized home furnishings on chain structure, sales and services, and core competitiveness were discussed. Internet thinking and ＂Multi-user＂ concept were proposed including digital transformation strategy, development from custom to factory, panel production factory or equipment factory as the core. Suggestions on further development of the customized home furnishings industry were provided.
