摘要
目前,海绵钛大型炉生产技术已经较为成熟,但海绵钛坨结构相对致密一直是大型化炉型的难题,文章阐释了导致海绵钛钛坨致密的因素,介绍了通过优化工艺调整、改变加料方式和增加散热面积的试验,使海绵钛钛坨结构致密程度得到了明显的改善。
Currently, titanium sponge large furnace production technology is relatively mature, but relatively dense structure of titanium sponge titanium tuo has always been a problem of large scale furnace type. This paper explains the cause of titanium sponge titanium tuo density factors, introduces the optimizing process adjustment,the experiment of changing the way of feeding and increasing the cooling area, which made the compact structure of titanium sponge titanium tuo degree got obvious improvement.
