摘要
结合某冶炼厂的生产实际,深入分析了影响直流电单耗的因素,提出了降低直流电单耗的具体措施,如提高新液的纯度,控制酸锌比和电解液含锌,科学管理和加强操作等,通过实践,2017年较2016年直流电单耗降低56 kWh/t_(Zn),取得了较好的效果。
Combined with the actual production of a electrolysis zine smelter, the factors that influence the direct current consumption were deep analyzed, and the specific measures for reducing direct current unit consumption were put forward and put into practice, concluding the methods of increasing purity of electrolyte, strengthening management and operation, and so on. All of these methods achieved good energy saving effects, and the DC power unit consumption reduce 56 kWh/t in the year of 2017 than 2016.
