雄黄矿区含砷危险废物稳定化治理药剂研究及应用

摘要 以湖南某雄黄矿区采选含砷危险废物作为研究对象,通过小试试验药剂筛选、效果验证,确定航天凯天环保科技股份有限公司自主研发的复配重金属高效稳定剂(HK-As-4系列)稳定化效果最优,确定药剂适宜的添加范围。并通过药剂中试试验验证了5%复配重金属高效稳定剂能满足雄黄矿区含砷危险废物的稳定化要求,处理后样品p H在7~12间,砷浸出浓度低于2.5 mg/L,满足《危险废物填埋污染控制标准》(GB18598-2001)中要求的危险废物入场标准。 Taking arsenic hazardous wastes from a realgar mining area in Hunan as a research object, through the small test experimental drug screening, the effect verification, finally it was confirmed that the stabilizing effect of compound heavy metal high-effective stabilizer( Hk-As-4 series)is optimal ,Which is independently developed by the Aerospace Kaitian, determined the appropriate range of additives. And it was verified by the experiment in the pharmacy that 5 % compound heavy metal high-effective stabilizer can meet the stabilization requirement of arsenic hazardous waste in the realgar mining area. After treatment, the pH of the samples was between 7 and 12, and the arsenic leaching concentration was less than 2.5mg/L,which met the hazardous waste entry standard required by the "Hazardous Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standard" (GB18598 -2001 ).
