摘要 砷是自然界广泛存在的一种元素,在工业和环境保护方面意义重大。检测砷的方法有:氢化物-原子荧光光谱法、X荧光光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、紫外及可见分光光谱法、比色法、原子发射光谱法、质谱法、电化学法、化学发光法、生物法、容量法等,覆盖从痕量到常量砷的检测。小型化的便携X荧光光谱法因能快速测定砷等数十个元素,发展迅猛。生物法检测砷发展前景诱人。 Arsenic, widely existing in nature, was an important element in the field of industry and environmental protection. There were several ways of arsenic detection, such as: hydride generation - atomic fluorescence spectrometry, X fluorescence spectrometry, atomic absorption spectrometry, ultraviolet and visible spectrometry, colorimetry, atomic emission spectrometry, mass spectrometry, electrochemical analysis, chemiluminescence method, biological method and volumetric method, etc. , covering arsenic content from trace to high. Portable X fluorescence spectrometry was rapidly developed because of simultaneous determination of arsenic and other dozens of elements with proper accuracy and speed. The biological method was attractive for the determination of arsenic.
