摘要
通过分析纤维材料特性、纱线及面料织造工艺、后整理、服装款式及穿着环境对服装湿热舒适性的影响,探讨了服装湿热舒适性的影响因素及评价方法。研究表明,服装的设计应以服装的穿着环境为设计目标,选择合适的服装纤维材料、制定合理的纺纱、面料织造工艺,结合人体工学、生理学、心理学等因素对服装款式进行设计。同时,结合服装湿热舒适性的主观评价法、物理实验评价法及综合评价法对服装的湿热舒适性进行评价,改进设计工艺,提高服装的湿热舒适性。
The clothing thermal-moisture comfortable properties influencing factors and evaluation methods were explored by analyzing the effects of fiber materials characteristics, the yarn and fabric weaving process, finishing and wearing environment on the clothing thermal-moisture comfortable properties. The result showed that the design of the garment was based on garment wearing environment as the design goal. The clothing styles were professional designed by selecting the appropriate fiber materials, formulating reasonable spinning and weaving process, and combining ergonomics, physiol- ogy, psychology and other factors. At the same time, the clothing thermal-moisture comfortable properties were evaluated by considering the subjective evaluation method, the physical experiment eValuation method and the comprehensive evaluation method, which optimized the design craft and improved the clothing thermal-moisture comfortable properties.
