槐米天然色素的提取及其对蚕丝的染色工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究了槐米中的天然提取色素及对蚕丝织物的染色,探究不同的提取条件对芦丁提取效果的影响和槐米色素上染蚕丝织物的最佳条件。通过单因素实验分析提取时间、提取温度、提取pH和提取料液比这四个因素对芦丁提取效果的影响;根据测定提取染液的吸光度,得出最佳的提取条件为提取时间80 min、提取温度80℃、提取pH=8、提取料液比1∶15。用最佳提取条件提取的槐米色素对蚕丝织物进行染色,并测试其K/S值、耐摩擦色牢度、耐皂洗色牢度和耐日晒色牢度,最后,设计了正交实验进行验证。结果表明,合适的工艺为媒染剂用量4%(omf)、染液pH=4、染色时间80 min、染色温度80℃。 The extraction of natural pigment in sophorae japonica and dyeing of silk fabricwere studied andthe effects of different extraction conditions on the extraction of rutin and the optimal conditions for the silk fabric dyeing were explored. The effects of four factors on the extraction effect of rutin were analyzed by single factor experiment, including extraction time, temperature, pH and extraction ratio of solid to liquid. According to the measured absorbance of extract- ed dye solution, the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the extraction time was 80 min, the extraction tem- perature was 80℃, the extraction pH was 8 and the ratio of extract to liquid was 1 : 15. The silk fabrics were stained with the extract of sophora japonica under optimal extraction conditions and tested for K/S value, rubbing fastness, soap fastness and light fastness. Finally, orthogonal experiment was designed toverify the results. The results showed that the optimal process was mordant dosage 4% (omf), dyeing liquor pH = 4, dyeing time 60 min and dyeing temperature 80℃.
