摘要 采用可控热拘束(CTS)试验和测定焊接热影响区最高硬度的方法,研究了用于油气结构件的S355NL钢的焊接裂纹敏感性。试验结果表明,在不预热条件下,在可控热拘束试验时,S355NL钢焊接接头的裂纹率为0,热影响区最高硬度为318 HV10。S355NL钢的焊接裂纹敏感性较低,其焊接热影响区淬硬倾向小。 Sensitivity to weld crack of S355NL structural steel useful for oil-gas construction parts was investigated by a controlled thermal severity (CTS) test and measurements of maximum hardness in heat affected zone (HAZ). The results showed that when not preheated the S355NL steel welded joint exhibited no crack formation during the GTS test, and the maximum hardness in the heat-affected zone was 318 HV10. The S355NL steel showed less sensitivity to weld crack and the HAZ was not hardened during welding.
