SKD61钢皮带轮的气体渗氮

摘要 SKD61钢皮带轮需要进行气体渗氮处理,要求在0.05 mm深度处硬度≥1 000 HV0.2,渗层深度≥0.3mm。在进行多次试验后,得出适合于SKD61钢皮带轮的气体渗氮工艺为:在UPN井式渗氮炉中三段渗氮,即480℃×14 h、分解率25%;540℃×14 h、分解率40%;520℃×7 h、分解率35%。 SKD61 steel pulley needs to be gas nitrided to hardness of not less than 1 000 HV0.2 at 0.05 mm below the surface and to ease depth of not less than 0.3 mm. After the trial nitriding was done many times, a three-stage nitriding at 480 ℃ × 14 h with a dissoeiation of 25% , then 540 ℃ for 14 h with a dissociation rate 40% ,and at 520 ℃for 7 h with a dissociation rate of 35% that is aeeomplished in an UPN pit furnace and adaptable to the SKD61steel pulley has been developed.
