摘要
主要对天然产物中黄酮类化合物的提取方法:有机溶剂萃取法、大孔树脂吸附法、超声波提取法、超临界CO2萃取法、水蒸气蒸馏法、压力溶剂萃取法、脉冲电辅助提取法、酶解提取法;黄酮类化合物的定量检测方法:紫外分光光度法和高效液相法以及黄酮类化合物的药理作用,包括抗氧化作用、抗菌作用、抗肿瘤作用、心脑血管保护作用,进行综述和讨论,为研制和开发副作用更小,效果更好,更有价值的中药奠定基础。
This paper summarized the extraction method and pharmacological action of Flavonoids in natu- ral products. The main methods of extraction of flavonoid compounds from natural products included solvent extraction, macroporous resin adsorption method, ultrasonic extraction, supercritical CO2 extraction, steam distillation, solvent extraction, pressure pulse assisted extraction, and enzymatic extraction method. The quantitative determination method of flavonoids included UV spectrophotometry, HPLC method and the pharmacological effects of flavonoids. The pharmacological action included antioxidant, antibacterial effect, antitumor effect and cardio- vascular protection.
