以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为修复植物,采用盆栽实验的方法,通过人工模拟不同剂量的渗沥液(0、20、40、60 mL)污染的土壤,分析污染土壤浸出液pH与土壤酶(蔗糖酶、脲酶和过氧化氢酶)活性,研究紫花苜蓿对不同剂量渗沥液污染土壤的修复效应,通过相关性分析,探究其修复机理。结果表明,紫花苜蓿种植有效增强土壤的酸碱缓冲性与土壤酶活性,植物修复组的土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶、过氧化氢酶活性比对照组可分别高出21.57、0.734、30.87 mL/g。统计分析显示,紫花苜蓿可使土壤酶活性受渗沥液剂量的影响减小。紫花苜蓿可有效改善渗沥液污染土壤的酸碱缓冲性和土壤酶活性,对改善土壤环境有显著促进作用。
A pot experiment was carried out to investigate the remediation effect of landfill leachate contaminated soil by using alfalfa (Medieago sativa L. ). Different dosages ofleachate (0, 20, 40, 60 mL) were added to simulate the different levels of contaminated soils. Soil leaching pH, soil sucrase, urease and catalase activities were measured to examine the remediafion ef- fects, and to analyze the correlation among the indicators. The results showed that the soil sucrase, urease and catalase activities increased by 21.57, 0.734 and 30.87 mL/g as compared with the control, respectively. Correlation analysis showed that soil en- zyme activity had little impact on different leachate dosages in the planting groups. In conclusion, alfalfa improved the leachate con- taminated soil pH buffer capacity and enzyme activity effectively, and played a significant role in improving leachate-poUuted soil.
