摘要
矿物油型工作介质广泛用于液压站与润滑站,其温度控制是一个重要的工程问题。在分析大型液压站、润滑站矿物油型工作介质温度控制准则的基础上,阐明工作介质温控系统的时变和大惯性特点。为了改善控制效果,提出在系统中采用基于径向基函数神经网络模型的新型PID控制策略。该控制策略经工程验证,达到最佳控制目标,收到良好效果。
Mineral oil type working medium is widely used in hydraulic station and lubrication station, and its temperature con- trol is an important engineering problem. On the basis of analyzing the temperature control rules of mineral oil type working medium in large hydraulic station and lubricating station, the time variation and large inertia characteristics of the working medium temperature control system were expounded. In order to improve the control effect, a new PID control strategy based on the radial basis function neural network model was proposed. The control strategy was verified by the gineering project, to achieve the best control objectives, and good results were achieved.
