摘要
应用于立式车铣复合加工中心的具有线性导轨的箱框式龙门框架结构,导轨分为高导轨与低导轨,空间布局更为合理。采用线性导轨,横梁与导轨通过线轨滑块连接,解决了以往龙门框架导轨不稳定、驱动偏载、易爬行等诸多问题,使机床的几何精度更容易保证,大大提高了机床的可靠性。
The box type gantry framework applied to vertical turning and milling center had linear guide rail. The guide was di- vided into high guide and lower guide rail, spatial layout was more reasonable. Used linear guide rail, beam and rail were connected by rail slider. So the gantry frame rail instability, drive partial load, easy to crawl, and many other problems were solved. The volu- metric accuracy of the machine tool is easy to ensure, the reliability of the machine tool is greatly improved.
