1990年以来广东省人口迁移的地域类型与管理对策

The Regional Type of Population Migration and Management Strategy in Guangdong Province since 1990

基于人口迁移率、户口来源地两种人口迁移的地域划分方法，探讨了广东省人口迁移的地域空间特征。结果表明：①基于人口迁移率，广东省地域空间可划分出主要迁入区、一般迁入区、主要迁出区、一般迁出区、平衡迁移区和非迁移区6种模式。②基于户口来源地，广东省地域空问可划分为省际农村迁入型、省内城镇迁入型、省内农村迁入型、省内均衡迁入型、省际省内均衡型5种模式。③结合地域空间类型，探讨了广东省人口迁移的演变模式并将之划分为珠三角核心区、珠三角扩展区、粤北地区、粤东地区、粤西地区和梅州地区“两区四极”空间格局。④广东省人口迁移空间管理应制定政策分区指引，形成人口结构优化提升区、人口主要转移集聚区、人口就近转移区、人口重点输出区。

Based on two methods of regional division of population migration, which are population mobility and source of account, the paper discusses the regional spatial characteristics of population migration in Guangdong Province. The results show that： 1）Based on the method of population mobility, the Guangdong province can be divided into 6 models, which are major immigration area, general immigration area, main migration area, general emigration area, balanced active area, and inactive area; 2）Based on the method of household registration, Guangdong province can be divided into 5 models, which are inter provincial rural migration type, the province＇s urban migration type, the province＇s rural migration type, the province＇s balanced migration type, and inter provincial balanced type; 3）This paper further discusses the evolution pattern of population migration in Guangdong Province, the geographical space emerged from the core area of the Pearl River Delta, the Pearl River Delta expansion area, north area, eastern region, western region and Meizhou region, which makes the spatial pattern like ＂four poles in two regions＂. 4）Last but not least, the paper discusses the policy zoning guidelines of the spatial management of population migration in Guangdong Province, that is, to optimize the upgrading of the population structure, to transfer the population to the main gathering area, the nearest population transfer area, the key output area.
