Port Facility Safety Hazard Investigation and Management Information System

为提升港口企业设备安全治理水平,针对港口企业大型设备的特点以及设备安全治理现状,基于风险管理原理和管理体系相关原理,提出设备安全隐患分级管理模式,制定设备安全隐患排查技术标准和安全风险管控体系核查标准,建立企业设备安全隐患排查标准知识库,并运用信息化技术开发安全隐患排查治理信息系统。

In order to improve the facility safety management level of port enterprise, a facility safety hazard hierarchical management model is presented with the hazard management theory and the management system theory in the light of the characteristics of large-scale facility of port enterprise and the current situation of facility safety management. The facility safety hazard investigation standard and the safety hazard management and control system check standard are instituted. The enterprise facility safety hazard investigation standard repository is established. The safety hazard investigation and management information system is developed by information technology.
