本文通过揭示发展低速化、非连续变革、结构集约化等三种企业应高度关注的市场新常态,分析了"新兴产业"向"战略产业",从"多元化经营"向"归核化经营",从"跳跃式发展模式"向"可持续发展模式"转型三个企业转型升级战略选择。提出重塑企业组织创造力,走科学管理;提升企业核心竞争力,走科技创新;创造企业协同发展力,走合作联盟等三条实现企业转型升级之路。
The paper analyzes three kind of strategic choice for enterprise transformation and upgrading, fi:om "emerging industry" to "strategic industry, "diversified management" to "refocused management "and"Leaping development mode" to "Sustainable development mode", by revealing market new normality that the three kind of enterprises of low speed of development, non-continuous change and intensive structure should pay close attention to.And the paper also puts forward the three way, taking scientific management to reshape enterprise's organizational creativity, taking scientific and technological innovation to promote enterprise's core competitiveness and taking the cooperative alliance to create the power of enterprise synergy development, to achieve path of enterprise transformation and upgrading.
