摘要
介绍了一种新型的CO2固体吸附剂——丙烯酸系弱碱性阴离子树脂,给出了该树脂的单程活性测试和寿命测试的方法和测试结果,讨论了影响树脂吸附能力的主要因素,对树脂使用30天后发生的变化进行了表征和分析。结果证明,该树脂表现出良好的CO2吸附能力和稳定性。
A porous copolymer of acrylamide(a novel solid amine resin)has been prepared by suspension copolymerization of methylacrylate,methyl methacrylate and vinyl acetate in the presence of porogenic and crosslinking agent,followed by a aminolysis process.The effect of monomers,functional group densities and reaction conditions on the CO2 adsorption properties of the solid amine was studied.IR and chemical analysis showed the solid amine contained weak base exchange groups.This solid amine sorbent had good activity and steam regeneration ability during cyclic CO2 adsorption/desorption under simulated closed cabin atmosphere.
