摘要
根据引射器高温燃气引射工质使用需求,提出了一氧化二氮/乙醇双组元推进剂组合燃气发生器方案,介绍了燃气发生器结构设计和试验系统,采用75%乙醇燃料与一氧化二氮进行燃烧反应,同时往燃气中注入掺混水的方式,在多种工况下成功进行了燃气发生器热试车。结果表明,燃气发生器设计合理,易于点火,能够在较宽的参数范围内生成稳定的高温燃气流。
A gas generator project of nitrous oxide and ethanol was proposed to meet the requirement of the high temperature active gas of ejector,in this paper.The structure of the gas generator and the experimental system were introduced.Nitrous oxide burned with 75% ethanol,and then mixing water was injected into the combuster.Adopting this mode,hot-firing tests of the gas generator succeeded at several different conditions.The hot-firing test results showed that the design of the gas generator is feasible,and it is easy to be ignited.The gas generator can provide steady high temperature gas in a wide range of working parameter.
