摘要
声表面波传感技术是发展小型、敏感的化学战剂探测的最新技术,其核心问题是覆盖在声表面波化学战剂传感器上的敏感材料。我们在双通道谐振器型信号处理器上涂敷氟聚物作为有机磷气体的敏感材料,通过IR表征确定其特征官能团;设计了检测流程,对有机磷进行了检测。实验表明,我们制作的氟聚物双通道谐振器型传感器基线稳定、灵敏度高、响应快、重现性好。
Surface Acoustic Wave(SAW)is a novel technology as small and very sensitive chemical vapor sensors.The basic operating principle for the SAW sensors is the reversible adorption of chemical vapors by adsorbent coatings which are sensitive and selective to the vapors.Fluoropolyol coatings was used for a dual resonator oscillators SAW sensor detecting organophosphorus compounds.Fluoropolyol is characterized by Infrared Spectroscopy(IR).SAW sensor detection system is designed.It provides a reversible and proportional response to DMMP,and the response and recovery is very fast.
