摘要
随着PLC的应用越来越广泛,如何更好地抗干扰也成为PLC控制系统研究的热点。结合实际分析了电磁干扰的产生及其对PLC控制系统的影响,并详细阐述了电源、电缆、软硬件滤波、输入输出端子等环节在提高PLC控制系统抗干扰可靠性方面的应用。最后指出在工程应用时必须综合考虑控制系统的抗干扰性能,才能达到最好的抗干扰效果。
With more and more extensive application of the PLC,how to do better in anti-jamming has become a hot research in PLC control system.This article analyzes the formation of electromagnetic disturbance and its interference with the PLC control system according to the practice.This paper expounds particularly the application of electrical source,cable,filter includes both hardware and software and input and output earth in advancing the anti-jamming and reliability of PLC control system.Finally it is also pointed out that if we want to get the best anti-jamming effect,the anti-jamming function of the control system must be considered comprehensively when applied in engineering.
