摘要
介绍了一种基于多道的自然伽马能谱测井仪。为了满足石油测井系统大数据量采集和高速数据传输的需要,研制了一种新的自然伽马能谱测井仪。该仪器采用12位高速ADC完成核脉冲的幅度数字量化,由CPLD完成谱计算并作为SRAM控制器完成采集的数据存储到双端口RAM中。采用CAN总线完成数据通信,数据采集存储和数据上传并行工作。试验证明,整个系统具有较高的可靠性和实时性。
Based on the multi-channel natural Gamma-ray logging are introduced.In order to meet the oil well logging large volume of data acquisition systems and high-speed data transmission needs,development of a new Gamma-ray logging.The instrument used 12 high-speed ADC completed nuclear pulse to quantify the extent of figures,by the CPLD complete spectrum of computing and SRAM controller as a complete collection of data stored in the dual-port RAM.CAN bus used for data communications,data collection and data storage upload parallel working.Proved that the system as a whole has a high reliability and real-time.
