摘要 船舶电站自动化是未来船舶发展的一个重要方向,自动调频调载功能是船舶电站自动化一个重要的功能。本文对船舶电站的自动调频调系统的设计和实现进行研究,对调频调载的原理、实现方法、硬件电路和软件流程进行了设计。系统采用DSP作为控制器,通过传感器采集船舶电站系统的电压、电流和频率等实时数据,DSP根据功率偏差和频率偏差的综合信号,对调速器发出相应的调节信号,使其进行加速或减速,完成对船舶电站的自动调频和调载功能。 The automation ship power station is an important direction for the future development of the ship,the automatic frequency modulation transfer function is an important function of the ship power station automation. In this paper,the design and implementation of automatic frequency modulation transfer system of ship power station is studied,the principle automatic frequency modulation,the realization method,hardware circuit and software flow are designed. The system uses DSP as controller,the real-time data of the ship power system which are the voltage,current and frequency are collected by the sensor. The DSP will send corresponding control signal to the governor according to the integrated signals of the power deviation and frequency deviation,accomplish the acceleration or deceleration of the governor,completed automatic frequency and load adjustment function of ship power station.
