PCA在舰船辐射噪声分类中的研究

摘要 在现代化的军事舰船中,舰船噪声的控制一直都是科研人员研究的重点,具有良好的噪声辐射识别与控制能力的一方,能够在战争情况下占尽优势,从而取得最终的胜利。但是船舶噪声由于特性复杂,与船舶本身及环境因素都有相当大的关系,所以对其的识别与分类一直都是个难点。本文首先对舰船的辐射噪声分类进行阐述,并利用主成分分析方法(PCA)对舰船噪声数据作低维度的分析处理和聚类识别,建立了相关的目标函数,通过仿真验证其合理性,最终为舰船的辐射噪声分类提出有价值的参考意见。 In the modern military ship,the ship noise control has always been the focus of scientific research personnel,has a good noise radiation party identification and control capability,can reap the advantages in case of war,to obtain the final victory. But the ship noise due to the complex nature,and the ship itself and environmental factors have a significant relationship,so their identification and classification has been difficult,this paper first ship radiated noise classification made in detail,and by the main component analysis( PCA) of the ship noise data for processing low-dimensional analysis,the establishment of associated recognition function by simulation its rationality, and ultimately to ship radiated noise classification put forward valuable suggestions.
