摘要 当前,大学生党员的教育管理工作受到高校各级党组织的高度重视。班杜拉的社会学习理论提供了关于人的行为是如何获得和调节的解释,强调各种认知活动与环境因素的交互作用和内部自我调节功能,从理论上解读个体行为变化规律及外界可能采取的引导措施。社会学习理论为当前大学生党员教育管理机制提供了方法启示和创新依据,是提高高校学生党员教育管理工作水平的理论支撑。 At present, the communist party organization of student party members in colleges and universities has been attached great importance for all levels of communist party organization. Bandera' s social learning theory provides the explanation of how people's behaviors obtain and regulate, which emphasis on cognitive activities interact with environmental factors and internal self adjusting function. At the same time, it also interprets the changing rules of individual behaviors and the possibly guiding measurements in theory. According to this theory, college student communist party members' management mechanism is provided methods inspiration, support and innovation on the basis of theory. The scientific level of educational management is also improved.
